Take your car to Industrial area traffic (inspection place) with a filled form for cancelling it. Remove the number plates and keep with you. Attached your ID copy (hope it belongs to you). The police officer will inspect the car (specially chassis number) and sign and give you back with stamp. Just go to counter and pay QR 10. Done. They will give you a paper confirming cancellation.
